Gills Cruise Centre

For Gills customers who have booked a cruise only holiday or fly/cruise holiday with Royal Caribbean International, we would like to reassure you that your holiday is safe.

So we are able to take over your booking details, please email or send us a copy of your latest Gills booking invoice, to show all of the elements on your booking. Please also send through all proof of payments made to Gills for your cruise booking.


We need all of this information in order to ensure that you are still able to enjoy the cruise of your choice, as originally booked.

When you send us your paperwork, please ensure that you also provide full contact details to us (including your address, telephone number and email address.)

For some Gills customer bookings, Gills may have ‘re-packaged’ your holiday under their own ATOL license. As Gills was ABTA bonded and an ATOL member, this means that monies paid may be recoverable under Gills insurance/bonding arrangements. In this situation, pleased contact ABTA for advice:

Once you have spoken with ABTA, please  forward your latest Gills booking invoice, plus proof of payment to our finance team. (The email/postal address is as stated previously.)
